About:
Commissions are not first come, first serve. I’ll pick which commissions I’ll accept. It’s nothing personal, I just have limited time and want to spend it doing what I love!
The more creative freedom, the better.
Expected turn-around is 14 days for sketches/flat colors.
Expected turn-around for full painting is four weeks.
All work will be sent/discussed through email or telegram. It’s just much easier to track that way.**Find my commissions process: **
HEREWhat I will/Will not do:
I will do: Human, monster, furry/anthro, feral, non-humanoid, tasteful nudity, pinups, candy gore, NSFW, kink. This can include bondage, pegging, bsdm, femdom, mild vore, machines. Intersex/MM/FF and any mix is fine.I will not do: Heavy gore, mechs, copyrighted characters. No scat/watersports, hyper, sexual micro/macro, violence, crushing, adult content babyfurs, cub art, nsfw of minors, certain drug use, or non-con. If you are not sure, feel free to ask!Payment:
Payment is done through Paypal or Venmo only. Preference for VENMO due to no fees, but I will do paypal if needed.
Paypal is invoices only, which I will send.
All commission prices are in USD.
Payment is expected before any work is begun, no exceptions. Payments over $100 may be broken up and payment terms discussed between artist and client.
If work is completed before the final payment, client will not receive the final product until payment is cleared.
Client is not responsible for Paypal fees. If a client decides to cover the fee, I’ll consider it a tip and be very thankful, but it is not required.Ownership and Rights:
The artist reserves the right to display commissioned work on personal websites, portfolios, and journals as a means of advertising. If commission is a gift, public display can be postponed.
If client wishes for commission to remain private, client may freely discuss with the artist. A 50% fee will be added for pieces that are not allowed to be publicly displayed.
The artist retains all legal rights to the commissioned artwork. This includes the right to make prints and merchandise. As a note, I have never made prints/merch of commission stuff before, nor do I really plan to. This is just in case. Client may purchase full rights for additional fees.
The client may display works online in their own galleries with proper credit given to the artist. The client may crop the piece for use in icons, wallpapers, and other graphics for personal use only but the artwork itself may not be altered or sold.
The client may not make prints or profit from the artwork in any shape or form, which includes pay to see art sites, advertising, or merchandising.
The watermark/signature may not be removed from the artwork for any reason.
Commissions may not be used for the sales or use of NFTs (Non-fungible token) in any level or degree, even if the client decides to buy the full ownership of the artwork.Alterations and Edits:
Please ensure descriptions are clear and concise, including all and any visual references and communication required to ensure product is to the clients liking.
Client has the opportunity to request alterations during the sketch phase only. Color alterations will be available during the flat color phase. Artist offers one full redraw per commission (sketch phase only) or various small revisions of similar value. Any revision(s) after that will cost $5 per revision.
Alterations will be very limited once the painting stage has begun.Cancellations/Refunds:
The artist reserves the right to cancel and issue a proper refund for any reason, including: poor communication, rude behaviors, inability to communicate, or difficulty/inability to complete the commission.
If Artist cancels anytime after work has begun, a 10% fee will be retained and the Client will receive a proper refund and any work completed up to the point of cancellation.
If no work has been started and Artist feels the piece is too difficult, or if the Artist’s personal life becomes too busy, a full refund will be given if client does not want to wait.
If the client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketch phase, a 75% refund of what they paid will be given.
If the client wishes to cancel their commission during the flat color stage, a 50% refund of what they paid will be given.
If the client wishes to cancel their commission during/after the painted stage, no refund will be available.
